PETER NERO - OS GRANDES SUCESSOS DOS BEATLES (2022)

In this post, I present another compilation from the blog LaPlayaMusic, with songs by the Beatles, performed on piano by Peter Nero, which were extracted from his long discography.

Musician Peter Nero was born in Brooklyn, New York, as Bernard Nierow. He began his musical training at the age of seven and studied piano with Frederick Bried.

He recorded his first album in 1961 and won a Grammy Award that year for "Best New Artist". Since then he has received another Grammy, ten additional nominations and has released 67 albums.

Over the years, Peter Nero has worked with several renowned musicians, such as: Frank Sinatra, Mel Tormè, Andy Williams, Ray Charles, Dizzy Gillespie, Diane Schuur, Johnny Mathis, Roger Kellaway, Elton John, among others.

The selection of this compilation consists of 8 tracks that were composed by the members of the Beatles together or in a solo career, listed below:

I got this material from the inactive JbPimentel blog a few years ago and decided to share it again with friends from the LaPlayaBeatles blog.

Today, I decided to post another album of tributes to the Beatles. This time I bring a record released in the United States in 1973, Columbia and CBS label and in Europe by the Cameo / Embassy label. They are known interpreters of the world of "Easy listening".
